Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before despatch by using the Contact Page

Great care is taken to ensure that each piece of jewellery reaches you looking its best and is thoroughly checked before leaving the workshop. 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so that the situation can be rectified. 

If you would prefer a refund on your purchase, please inform me within 14 days of receipt of your order and return to me within a further 14 days for a refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

Returned items must be received within 28 days in the original gift box and packaging and in the same condition as it was received. The refund will be processed on the satisfactory receipt of the returned item. 

Items should be returned using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed Service.

Postage costs will only be refunded for faulty items.
